Hahaha, don't I know it!
Out of all the games I've ever played in my life, Stellaris has given me the most grey hairs over EULAs, terms of service, and mods, by FAR. It's an amazing game, of course, but the devs are too quick to change, leaving too many modders in the dust...

Yep no problem, Stellaris sometimes does a bunch of hiccups when it comes to the steam workshop.

Alright, the descriptor file is there now, but the picture is borked; it's showing the "missing picture" placeholder image in the mod manager menu. Not very important though, thanks!
