Czech Announcer for Garrygrad

Ahoj!

I (Lach) decided to create a Czech announcer for Metrostroi, here for the Garrygrad metro maps. This is not just my first addon for Steam, but also kind of a trial of making the announcements and some work at LUA. I felt some fun doing this.

In details: there is a Czech voice for orange_h, loopline and neoorange maps by ReXiK (thanks). As an extra, there are retro announcements for the old orange_f_long map version (thank you ReXiK).

You may ask why Orange line has got the A line gong, Crimson - the B line gong and Loopline - the C line gong. It is because of the map routes marking inside of the train, where Orange is 4, Crimson - 5 and Loop - 6. Also there's the Flora station on the new Orange line.
Speaking of! There are real Flora station announcements used (thanks to http://metro.zarohem.cz ) for the Prague metro tribute.
