• Your Syringe Gun grants 5% Ubercharge on hit (100% uber if you hit Hale with 20 Needles, 70% (+30% after your Uber) with 14 needles)

• It also improves your movement speed based on Ubercharge (up to 10%) when you equip it

• Does Critical Hits, 20% extra damage, and grants 10% ubercharge for each successful shot (7 shots = 70% Ubercharge)

• Your Medigun charges 25% faster (1 Uber = 19s to build (begining with 30%))

• Your ubercharge grants both invulnerability and critical hits and lasts 50% longer (18s max)

• The Medigun has a 25% faster weapon switch

• You spawn with 40% Ubercharge, after each Ubercharge, you gain 30% Ubercharge automatically

• Healing a Scout will make you go faster than him

• If the Soldier that you are healing rocket jumps, you jump with him

• A Demoman who Sticky Jumps grants you a free jump too

• If your Demoman has a charging targe, you can heal him as he charges, you will have a speed boost for the time of that charge

You should know the buff drop off because it helps you understand the hp players will have when travelling from a point to an other (A->B for instance)
