湛江：2050（Zhanjiang: 2050）

湛江市是中华人民共和国大陆最南端的沿海城市，拥有优良深水港，是改革开放首批沿海开放城市之一，广东省经济强市，北部湾中心城市，南海舰队司令部驻扎地。
本存档西起湛江西站以西，东达鉴江入海口（南三水道），南至雷州南渡河、硇洲岛南面海域，北抵遂溪和湛江合山国际机场交通枢纽（含高铁站）。一些市政设施（学校、医院、地标等）和城市主干道按照真实情况命名。
为什么叫“湛江：2050”呢？因为我不希望刁民堵车，故参考现有规划设计了11条地铁线，分别贯穿海滨大道、人民大道、椹川大道-东新路、乐山路-海湾大桥-海川快线、合山机场高速（自行设计）等交通要道，并将市区和官渡、遂溪、湖光、南三岛、东海岛连成一体。这么庞大的地铁线路显然不符合实际的，作为湛江未来发展的希冀。此外，三帆改银帆电视塔，设立麻章新城、海东新城、湖光新城、湛江大学城、湛江东站、合山站（YY机场换乘城际动车通到茂名、阳江、玉林、云浮、贵港，以及下辖吴川、廉江、雷州、徐闻、湖光站、东简站等），以及将坡头区更名海东区，遂溪县改为遂溪区，遂溪站改为新湛江北站，拆除西厅机场，其致一也。
从北到南，存档重点刻画了如下城市景观：遂溪孔子文化城、湛江大学城、调顺岛文化中心、海东新区龙王咀和白沙新城、滨湖公园、金沙湾、奥体中心、体育中心、南国热带花园、乐山路CBD、海湾大桥、麻斜十里军港、海滨公园、广州湾历史文化区（解放东路以南，洪屋路以北）、湛江城市原点广场、人民广场、森林公园、湖光岩、宝满港、东海岛工业基地及港口、南三生态旅游区和东海岛龙海天。

Zhanjiang is the southernmost coastal city of Chinese mainland. With excellent deep-water port, it is one of the first coastal open cities in People’s Republic of China, enjoying the fame of a powerful economy of Guangdong (Canton) Province and the central city of Beibu Gulf. In addition, Zhanjiang is the headquarter of the South China Sea Fleet.
This savegame stretches from Zhanjiang West Railway Station in the west to estuary of Jian River (Nansan Waterway) in the east. It stretches from Nandu River, Leizhou County and Naozhou Island in the south, to Suixi District and Zhanjiang Heshan International Airport (with Heshan Railway Station) in the north. Some public facilities (schools, hospitals, landmarks for instance) and main roads are named after the truth.
Why the savegame is called “Zhanjiang: 2050”? Because I don’t like traffic jam, and I designed 11 subway lines with reference to ready-made Zhanjiang urban planning. They run parallel with main roads of the city and connect downtown Zhanjiang with satellite towns. But Zhanjiang has no subway lines so far, and its current economy cannot support the subway lines. What’s more, I built Zhanjiang Campus City, some new railway stations, a new TV tower, more new satellite towns. I also imagine intercity bullet train lines to other cities (Maoming, Yangjiang, Yulin, Yunfu, Guigang) and counties in Zhanjiang (Lianjiang, Wuchuan, Leizhou, Xuwen). OK, it’s only a hope, a four letter word.
