F for back tracking camera
WASD to drive
Left Shift to boost

The Block Enhancement Mod is recommended but not required

Update 4.0:
-lowered blockcount
-strengthened steering and suspensions
-added an anti-flipping mechanism

Oh, thanks for pointing that out! It's fixed now. You can go to the F camera and do it.
