There isn’t a vanilla imperial flamethrower (as on the last time I checked, which was a couple of years ago). Are you not getting confused with the imperial cannon?

Just going around summarizing mods i subscribed to

Conquest rating: 3/5. Not unlocked tier -1 like tons of mods are, costs a bit cheap (for preposterusly large weps), but it explodes easy so that balanced that out

Combat rating: 4/5. I tend to use it on landships to literally melt buildings but in general it should weigh more to the point where using more then 2 on airships is difficult without modded suspendium. Works well with harpoon gun and has a counter: heavy cannons.
