Doesn't have to go as an engine at all. All coaches or most have a file in config/soundset/yourfilename??. Assign each coach to that soundset name ?? in models/model/vehcile/train/ and voila. You need to create audio files and store them audio/effects/vehicle name of your coach

Unfortunately, the game doesn't let you add sound other than the "clickity clack" of the tracks as they move on the rails. I want to have a HEP car made that will do that, but it would have to be put in the game as an engine unfortunately I believe.
