Uses the logic blocks in The Modpack (Durf and Brent Batch)

This build picks a random card from the deck. There is also a compact version you can use with your card game builds. This version is instructive, in that it includes sample bits that are spread out so you can see how the parts connect, and it also includes a sample "hand," showing how you would take the random card and add it to a series of dealt cards.
Green button to deal a card. White button to reset the hand. T is obviously 10. Cards can be repeated. You would need at least 100 more blocks to check if a card has already been used in a 52 card deck. Someone else can work on adding that.
