Valve's cut mutation now perfected with permanent death.

The idea of permanent death (as far as I know) was originally made and implemented by "ptb hype" and Rayman1103 in the "No Re-Entry" addon: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=275013889

And now brought here, remastered by me.

This addon applies all of what was Valve's unused mutation: Ultra Realism, but now applies permanent death and Iron Man.

Here are the ground rules:
- You will have no hud of any kind.
- Standard Realism Rules also take affect here.
-If you die, you can still be revived with a defibrillator and live to fight in the next chapter (assuming you make it to the saferoom alive). But if you are dead when the chapter transitions, you remain dead for the rest of the campaign.
- If the entire team dies, there will be no do-overs, everyone will be brought back to the lobby to try again from the start. (Or the chapter everyone died at if there's too much frustration.)
