Ceres

In 1 collection by Bishop Crane
Bishop's Planets & Moons
6 items
Description
The largest object in the asteroid belt, Ceres is a dwarf planet worth investigating.

It's cold, but it's thought that life may have once existed here, so you should have no problem.

The run down:
Temperature: -154c to -42c
Pressure: less than 1Kpa
Atmosphere;
100% water vapour
Solar Power: 73% Earth

The challenges you will face are the rough terrain and low gravity.
With a 100% water vapour atmosphere Oxygen will be readily availiable. But what to do with all that Hydrogen?

Check out the rest of the collection!

Water vapor can and does exist on Ceres, in tiny amounts. It's mainly just water that's migrating across the surface, and eventually frosts onto the surface elsewhere.

Kinda agree with Carbon but for other reasons, I can't see how water vapor could ever exist in that cold of an environment, even temporarily (let alone any atmosphere on a rock that small, even moon dwarfs it).

Hey any chance you could change the atmosphere to something other than water? The way water works in the game right now causes some issues with the world atmosphere. Specifically the water doesnt seem to be spreading into every open space and tends to sit in the one area. The water refuses to spread evenly throughout a room as well causing extremely high pressure and temperatures in one small location. XML editing is locked so I'm hoping if you change the actual mod on the workshop this might fix my world. Or at least help future players from experiencing the same issues. I love the map otherwise!

Had all your mods above core, looks like that was the issue. Loaded just the Ceres above the core and worked perfectly! Thanks for your answer

Make sure you change the load order so it's above the core mod.
Then exit stationeers and restart.
Should work!
