This map has the following locations:

Beach with beach warehouse
Massive police station
Park
Strip club
Apartments in the residential area
Sewerage
An area with church
A bank
Basketball Playground
Hospital

Modified PD
Police garage
New church and new basketball court
New parking
Automatic entrance doors in the hotel
Pedestrian tunnels added
New bank

A small power station
Removed train
Revamped places / houses
A new area
Fixed all textures
And of course, some secrets

There is also a flatgrass map above the map for event purposes!

This map is optimized better than regular downtown and was made with performance in mind.
