Description
Tagged onto the end of the Sunday timetable, but actually running early Monday morning, is a service from London Waterloo to Portsmouth Harbour with a different calling pattern to usual.

Tonight you have been rostered to drive this service, 1P01, with an 8 car Class 450. It is different to the normal express service in that it stops at Clapham Junciton, but not Haslemere or Petersfield. As you are the penultimate service to leave London Waterloo this evening, movement is a bit thin on the ground for the journey ahead of you, but try to stay awake until the Harbour, stopping accurately at the platforms.

(There are only 2 AI trains scheduled, at Clapham Junction and Wimbledon. The rest of the journey only contains static consists. In real life some freight services are scheduled, but I have not included these to keep the number of dependencies down)

NOTE: When approaching Guildford, the HUD warns of a drop in speed to 40mph. The speed limit actually drops further, to 25mph, just beyond this point, with no warning. Also, between Fratton and Portsmouth and Southsea, there is a ground signal mixed in with the main signals. At this point, the speed limit drops to 25mph with no warning.

The entire scenario has been tested. It is possible to get to every station early / on time, no matter how unlikely it seems when leaving the previous one, and it is possible to get 1000 points.

Duration: ~90 minutes.

Next dcenario is another early morning one (0500ish start), then I’m looking to do some more daytime ones.however daytime scenarios can’t do the full length in one due to AI issues, I can barely schedule all AI for half the route during the day. I’m glad you enjoyed the scenario.

Great scenario - one of the first to do the whole route - pity it is in the dark, we nneded a moonlight night or early morning for the best effect. Ran without any isues.
