Description
GMod release of the RHOB revamp of achievement_turbo.

A lot of things have changed from v3, namely:
The transformation of the large lake into a city area
Moving the disco from Pyro's house basement to the city
Adding a lab to pyro's house
Adding a 3rd floor to the admin house
General improvements of the map as a whole
Improvements in optimization
Various new easter eggs...

Without a doubt one of the coolest custom TF2 maps I've ever seen, so well made. Good work!
