Description
You can play this map 100% Vanilla (Temperate Base Theme).
I strongly encourage you to try the New Caledonia Theme though. It's easy on your computer and is such a lovely theme.
Thanks to the creator, bisabeols!

The map features a very flat build plain in the center, with mountains surrounding it and many rivers cutting through them, to keep it interesting nonetheless.
There's plenty of resources close to your starting position.
I'd say, this map is very well suited for beginners.

Infrastructure
Highways go all around the central plain with one sidearm reaching into the Start Square and a Cloverleaf Interchange across the river to help you expand.
All outside connections are availiable.

I've taken the screenshots with the Vanilla European Color Correction and Daylight Classic (all Basic Options enabled).
Unless stated otherwise, the screenshots show the Caledonia theme.

If you're looking to further enhance your experience with the map:

• With the Environment Changer Mod (LINK) you can change the base theme of the map. European or Boreal would make sense.
• With the 81 Tiles Mod you can also make use of the mountain ranges and the swamp.
• With the Prop It Up Mod you can change the Vanilla trees with workshop trees.

Very good map, thanks a lot. But unfortunately the cars only use the outer lanes of the roundabout (made of highway ramps) and not the inner part of it (made of one-way roads)...

Thanks for the great map, I really enjoy building on it! I use the caldonia concrete theme because I think it suits the industry better than the pavement one. Keep up the good work!

OK great :) Unfortunately I cant find map creator who does that. He also created small tutorial with the ship paths. What I know is that he dragged ship path and in the harbor area he created 3-4 branches and if you build harbor or cargo harbor in the right way it means that 1 ship path = 1 harbor. So having 4 "branched" ship paths meant 4 harbors and every one of them was served by one shit path :) I think it was MrMiyagi and it was a screenshot at one of his maps but like I said I could not find it. Related to airplane path. I think it goes like [edge of the map] ----------- possible airport location (runway) -------- [edge of the map].

@Overlord: That's not a stupid question at all. In fact, I never considered doing this for airplane connections. Might do so in the future!
With ships, I usually drag the connections from one side of the map to the other, where it makes sense. I will think about yout suggestion.

Your maps are great. I have one question in general related to your maps. I'm not map creator so my question could be stupid but I will give it a try. Some map creators when they create maps they drag independent ship paths and they also drag independent airplane paths. Independent I mean they dont connect to each other. They are not going through the map from W to E or from N to S. I would like to know if you applied same technique. In my opinion (as end user of the map) maps which have ship and airplane connections done this way they are much better. It will prevent random weird behavior of ships and planes. Thanks :)
