CLT-01 Kasumi

Description
Torpedo Cruiser that can be used in space.

Made possible with Alysius' Easy Lidar Homing and Launch Control scripts, and Whip's Mouse Aimed Rotor Turret script.

Equipped with five quintuple torpedo launchers that can be individually controlled, and a Mass Driver (propels projectiles using gravity generators) on her bow, Torpedo Cruiser Kasumi is a formidable addition to any fleet. Her secondary armaments includes an impressive number of gatling turrets, and interior turrets dedicated to point defense against high explosive missiles. Another tool in her arsenal are decoy blocks that are hidden behind blast doors, and placed in between welders, as to draw fire away for the longest possible amount of time. While her equipment is focused on long range combat, an uncoordinated assault by light craft will be quickly shot down, dealing little to no damage, and larger ships capable of giving chase will likely be blown away (literally!), giving precious time to escape.

Despite her overall protection, and the mass that comes with it is more akin to that of a heavy cruiser, Kasumi is mounted with enough jump drives to jump from planet to planet. However, her sub FTL performance leaves something to be desired, having weak overall acceleration, and being unable to operate in natural gravity fields greater than 0.15Gs.

Notes for those who plan on pasting this ship in survival:
This blueprint has no fuel/ammo/components included, fuel can be introduced directly to reactors from the medical bay.
