Description
Small map. Packed to the rafters with prisoners/rooms.

Quite dangerous! Seems to be on the brink of riots a couple of times a day.
Will take some regime juggling to keep the peace.

124 Prisoners:
3max risk(upgraded from normal)
65 Normal risk
56 Low risk

Good workshop profit.
