Mountian Goat - Utility Truck lvl 3-HV

Description
I designed this as a scout type Utility Truck. Long story short it has so much power it can go up a strait cliff wall so you can get anywhere early on.

Using 4 Hover thrusters as a base as well as 4 small thrusters for forward thrust it can skim along pretty much any starter planet. Low cost allow for it to be made quickly and easily.

1 Ammo box
2 Miniguns

A back panel can be removed and add on a constructor (X) so that it can keep going at lvl 5.

this goofy little thing can scoot..lol also add a single mingun to the top and it becomes a miners protecter and works well. I dont beleive the speedometer at all because I have had many hvs and I swear this on is the fastest, it just too much fun..lol
