Serial Number Modifier

Description
Finally, a means to have a serial number tag other than the original one.

Additionally, options are present to customize what letters/numbers are excluded from serial numbers.

Any way to distinguish between 0 (the number) and O (the letter) on these? I think some of them don't put a slash through the number like the vanilla one does.
