Tracker Class Cheat Chest

Description
Compatible with both the Shorter Cooldowns and normal file for my Tracker Class mod.

Adds a cheat chest near the spawn area in Fort Joy, adding the skill books for the mod for testing or for anyone not wishing to wait and buy the actual books from the vendor.
