Endgame Armor Rebalance

Description
Focuses on rebalancing "endgame"-tier (difficult to get and/or craft) armor. Has the side effect of making certain endgame enemies stronger!

Built on release version 1.0.4.

Version 4 Changelog

To celebrate the release of Kenshi 1.0, nerfs incoming:
- Removed buffs to both Longcoats as they were more common than expected.
- Reverted Ashland Hat to official perception bonus (4).
- Reverted Crab Shoes to official dodge bonus (80%).
- Reverted Perception malus of Tin Can to official levels (-20)
- Reverted Crab Armor to official combat speed (95%)
- Removed combat skill penalties from Crab Helmet

Samurai Armor (includes Ancient and Empire variants) :
- Removed damage penalty

Samurai Boots (includes Ancient variant):
- Increased stealth penalty (20%)

Samurai Helmet
- Removed attack/defense penalties
- Removed dodge penalty
- Removed crossbow skill penalty

Ashlander Stormgoggles:
- Perception bonus buffed to 10

Chain Undershirts & Hiver Shirts (All Variants):
- Removed dex penalty

Bucket Zukin:
- Added 50% Burn resistance
- Removed combat skill penalty

Crab Armor:
- Removed dex penalty
- Weather protection buffed to 80% (same as Dustcoat)
- Both arm coverage buffed to 100%
- Removed combat skill penalty

Crab Helmet:
- Removed combat skill penalty

Crab Trousers:
- Improved leg coverage to 100.

Crab Shoes:
- Removed cut conversion

Dustcoat:
- Attack & Defense bonus (+5) added
- Damage output bonus (+5%) added
- Martial Arts bonus buffed to 5

Hack Stopper Jacket
- Removed dex penalty

Flared Helmet
- Added 60% Burn resistance
- Removed attack/defense penalties

(Un)Holy Chest Plate
- Removed dexterity penalty
- Removed combat skill penalty

Mercenary Plate
- Removed dex penalty

Noble's Robe
- Removed stealth penalty

Paladin's Heavy Hachigane
- Added 50% Burn resistance
- Removed attack/defense penalties

All Plate Jacket Variants
- Removed dex penalty

Police Helmet
- Removed attack/defense penalties
- Removed dodge penalties
- Removed crossbow skill penalty

Sleeveless Dustcoat
- Attack/Defense bonus (+10) added
- Damage output bonus (+10%) added
- Martial Arts bonus buffed to 10

Tin Can:
- Added 50% Acid resistance.
- Removed attack/defense penalties
- Removed dodge penalties
- Removed stealth penalty

Okay, loving the samurai helmet's 100% dust protection. It makes a lot of sense for the samurai of the desert to wear them now. Although now the police hemet is inferior.

It means that none of the cut damage will be converted to blunt damage

I dont quite get it? Removed mans cut resistance efficiency is 0%, that means that all cut damage should be mitigated by cut resistance is simply converted to blunt... or what?

And I kind of feel like...armor is really annoying in this game. So so much technical blah blah blah penalty to this penalty to that stun%'s bad coverages in some areas etc.

Agreed, I would love to see higher tiers of helmets progressively have improved dust/acid protection.

Any chance you could also look into rebalancing the weather protections on helmets? The lack of weather protection on heavy helmets in particular always seemed odd to me.
