Description
NEEDS: TweakScale, MechJeb, AirplanePlus, KIS.

A "Recovery" & Discovery Rover. Utilizes 90% stock parts but they have been adjusted in size using TweakScale.
Top speed achieved on level ground is 39.5 m/s.
I DO NOT recommend turning at anything over 10 m/s or it will barrel roll to its destruction.

Onboard:
3 winches, a ton of lights, internal power generation, backup solar cells, rear gripper for towing, mechjeb unit attached on roof for remote operation. 2 sources of coms.

@meltedplasticarmyguy Are you using the most recent version of Kerbal? If so, try to revert to a previous version where user content shows up.

@Hackmycomputer Yes, and then some. In fact no user made ships/vehicles are showing up.
