Instead of a legit in-game thumbnail, there is an 'ad promo for donations'. Thats fine and understandable for the asset page. But "in game" is just shameless self-promo. Unsubbed, downvoted.

I am unable to put any trees or bushes into the park? Which mod allows me to place them into space already occupied?

@Tabula Rasa No, they are not needed. You can plant your own trees and bushes.

Very simplistic yet elegant. Minimalistic is always good for those street corners that you just can't get the value up at.
