Bigger Cities(drifters last)

Description
This is a mod that makes the city of drifters last way bigger and makes it feel more like a city I have made it more alive and npcs do more things

I might update this and change things in the future but for now its like this
if there are any bugs or anything please let me know I will fix them as fast as I can
Also importing is necesary for this town to load in and work

I will also be expanding upon other cities so if you want bigger cities please tell me which you would like next :)

To rephrase that, I would think the idea of making Drifters a big town would be to make a it a good destination worth going to, but I don't see that your mod does that, it seems less attractive to go to now because of what it lost.
