A modified version of the Vanilla Green Home. This a desirable Green Space your Realestate Agent would be proud to show any potential Cim moving into your City or Suburb.

Three color variants (if I did it right) that look like wood; not that pail grey in the vanilla version. Honestly the vanilla looks like a shack.

I added greenery, a pool with solar heating, a swing for the kiddies or over-grown adults, and believable solar power. The back building now acts as a hydroponic food source and/or self-sustaining water purification system.

This is my first edit. Many assets were used by other authors. I give credit to those authors, though I didn't note their names. Apologies.

If the assets are missing you can use the Loading Mod to find those items and (for best effect I recommend) add them to your collection. While you are there, please rate that author's work. It's tyhe best way I can say thank you to the hark work they did; I could not replicate.
