Metal Biplane Test

Description
This biplane worked properly prior to the lastest patch, at least the one that dropped today on 9/14/18. It's broken now and I am uploading it for fixing on the forums or if anyone has any suggestions here.

edit: Forum feedback has led to this design being fixed. If you'd like to take a look at it, I don't mind at all.

I got some suggestions on the official from the depths forum on their site. It works a fair bit better now, although if you'd like to take a look at it and see if you can improve it I don't mind at all.
