EDF Unique Units - Medium Tank

Adds a new unique unit to my previous Earth Defense Force Civilization - the EDF Medium Tank.

The EDF Medium Tank is a Modern Armor replacer that is stronger than its vanilla counterpart, having ten points of Combat Strength that enhances its combat abilities in both offensive and defensive engagements. In addition, it holds five points of Movement unlike the EDF Main Battle Tank, which comes up short with just four points of Movement. This speed and agility allows the EDF Medium Tank to traverse treacherous terrain much more quickly, and enables it to reach the front lines faster. In addition, this mobility over the EDF Main Battle Tank means that the EDF Medium Tank can maneuver around the battlefield quickly and efficiently, engaging enemy forces and still having enough Movement to proceed to other positions or fronts. It does, however, require one Aluminum to build.

====Version 2 note====
I improved the quality of the Medium Tank's flag icon, (that's the icon that appears above a unit's model ingame and uses the colors of the Civ they're aligned with, for those that don't know,) by bumping the silhouette down by one pixel. It's now much more centered and overall looks better.
