It's a Fire Dept. Helicopter. Very functional! Ability to take down fire's and get victims fast to the hospital (rescue them) .
Can pick up to 8.5 tons! In the back there is a "water bomb" that can be droped (action 2). it's a cube that spray woter around. Very Useful.
It can be used like a rescue helicopter but too like a firefighter's helicopter.

Controls:
To start up the motor press button near the pilot seat ( this is better beacose of you can stay in air and look around)
page up/down - winch
Water Bomb - Action 2 (middle mouse)
ALT:
mouse and W S A D to fly
Page up/down opens and closes the water dispenser.
Water Drop - Action 1 (Left mouse click)

The small blincing light on the bottom is indicating when you can turn off the engine to land safely. (if you want ot turn it off just press ctrl + r)
It's very functional.
