Remove Basic Medpacks

Description
Simple mod to completely remove the lowest tier of medpacks from the game. I made this mod because I found it tedious to manually remove each and every medpack from knocked out Holy Nation Paladins, Sentinels, Inquisitors, etc.

With this, only groups that have higher ranked packs will be able to heal themselves and allies.

Very useful QOL mod, especially when used with FJ Bleeding Requires First Aid. :steamthumbsup:
