[WOTC] Fairer Fights

Description
This mod tactically tweaks the game to make it fairer for both XCOM and the aliens.
All changes provided by this mod are fully customizable, and can be turned off at any time.

Overwatch Exclusions
The following instant-movement abilities no longer draw Overwatch fire:
  • Grapple
  • Wrath
  • Tongue Pull
  • Icarus Jump

Suppression
Both XCOM and the aliens suffer a -50 aim penalty from being suppressed.
It was previously -35 aim for XCOM and -50 aim for the aliens.

ADVENT Priest Changes
The Priest's Stasis no longer ends the turn, making it equivalent to XCOM's version.
Holy Warrior will also no longer be removed when an ADVENT Priest is put into Stasis.
As a result, you'll be still be able to kill both linked units after Sustain ends on a Holy Warrior Priest.

Fortress: Frost Immunity
Fortress and Bastion now provide immunity to frost damage, preventing the unit from being frozen.

Flamethrower Damage
The Purifier's Flamethrower and the Cryo Priest's Cryolator now deal 1-3 damage with 1 crit.
This makes it fairer in comparison to XCOM's damage-dealing Flamethrower.

Damage Type Swap
Blazing Pinions, Devastate, and the Blaster Launcher now all deal explosive damage.
The Sectopod's Wrath Cannon also now deals projectile damage instead of explosive damage.

Equivalent Damage Output
The Viper King's Bolt Caster now deals as much damage as XCOM's Bolt Caster.
The Avatar also now deals as much damage with psionic attacks as the Commander's Avatar.

Bolt Caster Bonuses
The Viper King's Bolt Caster and the Neonate Viper's Bolt Caster now grant the shooter +15 aim, +20 stun chance, and cannot be dodged, just like XCOM's Bolt Caster.

Robotic XCOM Units
The SPARK and XCOM Turret now have an actual tech defense and hack rewards.
This leaves them vulnerable to hacking abilities (although ADVENT has none).

This mod works both mid-campaign and mid-tactical.

I put VIPER_BOLTCASTER_STUN_CHANCE to 0 but the Viper King still has a chance to stun with the boltcaster for some reason.

Consideration of XCOM only has small number ,it is not a fairer Fights···but if you have many Xcom buff ,this mod is a Balancer

@BlackStork Yeah, that is to be expected with two mods doing the same thing. Still, it's possible to use both so long as you comment out the flamethrower change in XComGameData_WeaponData.ini.

@BorgadnRager Of course, that is the idea with this mod. You can disable anything you don’t want by deleting it in one of the .ini files, and if the configuration you want to edit is in XComFairerFights.ini, just change the values back to normal instead of deleting them.

@Tripp This mod should be compatible with all of DerBK's mods, yes. The only change that isn't needed from Fairer Fights if you have ABB is the Suppression one, since his mod silently does the exact same thing. However, duplicate .ini changes as minor as those won't cause conflicts.

Since you have referenced some of the A Better series in this, should I assume this works with ABA, ABC, ABB and ABA:DLC?
