The Balrog

Description
The Balrog from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
A balrog being a maiar corrupted to the service of Morgoth, they have been scattered throughout Middle Earth ever since Morgoth kicked the bucket. This particular balrog was named "Durin's Bane" and was found in Moria once the dwarves there dig a little too deep mining for mithril, and found a balrog instead. He is memorable for fighting Gandalf, and dying in the process.
