Charles Robinson, also known as 'Little Naitch' (attributing to him being a huge fan of 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair) is one of the most well-known referees in the wrestling business, having a 20+ year career that spanned both WCW, and later on, WWE. Despite having shown bias towards his idol a number of occasions, he is one of the most respected referees in the business, having referee'd some of the biggest matches, such as Ric Flair's retirement match against The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 24, and Shawn Michaels' retirement match against The Undertaker two years later at Wrestlemania 26.
