A (west) Roman Castellum on a border (Limes).
Inspired by a late Roman fort in Switzerland circa 4-5th century AD.
The Castellum is small with some barracks, stables, storage room, exercise area and cooking areas, as well as a commander's room.
The Castellum is provided with towers and is protected by a moat and a slight mound.
The fort can be reached via a wooden bridge that can be broken off in the event of an attack.

Immediately at the fort is a barbaric village and graves of fallen soldiers.
The village has some fields and production facilities.
On the street there is a small wooden tower for early warning & street guard.

This Castellum is WIP (name Vindonissa is only random, not the orginal)

Ein (west)römisches Castellum an einer Grenze (Limes).
Inspiriert an einem spätrömischen Kastell in der Schweiz circa 4-5 Jahrhundert nach Christus.
Das Castellum ist klein, verfügt über einige Barracken, Ställe, Lagerraum, Übungplatz und Kochstellen sowie eines Kommandantenzimmer.
Das Castellum ist mit Türmen versehen und wird von einem Graben und leichtem Erdwall geschützt.
Das Kastell erreicht man über eine Holzbrücke die im Angriffsfall abgebrochen werden kann.

Unmittelbar beim Kastell befindet sich ein barbarisches Dorf und Gräber gefallener Soldaten.
Das Dorf hat einige Felder und Produktionstätten.
An der Strasse hat es einen kleinen Holzturm für die Frühwarnung & Strassenwache.

Dieses Kastell (WIP) wird noch verbessert (Dieses "Vindonissa" stellt nicht das orginale dar)
