A cheap starter base that can be built at level 5.

Features a single turret for early drone defence and secondary sentry gun system* to keep the area clear of hostile alien life.

*Sentry guns are on a switch.

The entire base can be run on solar power to keep fuel costs low and most stock powered devices can be turned off with a switch on the back wall.

1 Cargo Box that is accessible from the outside platform

1 Food Processer
1 O2 Station
3 Switches that operate various functions of the base. (Exterior lighting, Pest Control and the Power Settings)
Space for a few extra devices not included to ease construction costs

1 Cargo Platform for HV parking and access to Cargo Box
1 Small Generator
7 Solar Panels
1 Totally Functional Radar Tower™

Placement Guide:
Due to its lack of foundation blocks I suggest that you place the base in as flat a spot as you can find. However, If needed you can place the building with the cargo platform ramps into the slope and have the entrance doorway facing downhill. (As far as I can tell solar panels can be half buried and still work perfectly fine)
