In case of balance... may i suggest something along the lines of lowering base cost from 4 -> 2, and then 1 more (to 1 total) with guerilla... and 100% more dmg from 40 might be a bit much as well, think it was 50% in dos1 unless i remember wrongly :P.... just a suggestion ^^
