Papp's Day Mod

Description
A ruleset designed to make the day feel longer, and the periods of the day more distinct.

The first picture is outdated; city population has been reduced to 300% and private car ownership is now back at 100%.

This mod slows down the day (by one third to make it 72 minutes) and increases the cost and capacities of vehicles. It makes more people to transport, and more time to transport them.
