A decently sized base made entirely from resources found on the starting planet buildable at level 5.

Comes equiped with a pair of roof mounted projectile turrets that can deal with everything that the starting planet can throw at you and a secondary sentry turret system* to keep the area clear of hostile alien life.

*Sentry Turrets are on a switch

Solar powered at stock but you'll probably want to keep the generator fueled for any heavy device usage.
