D4 Shard

Description
A mod that adds a D4 Shard consumable. Like the dice shard from the base game that is in the base which is a one time use D6/D20, the D4 Shard is a one time use D4

(the D4 rerolls all the items you hold)

this may just be me but the spawn rate for the d4 fragment is crazy high. i find a bunch of them they ooze out of the walls
