Ultimate Trait - Satsuma

Description
Adds many traits from other factions to Satsuma.
For further information look at the picuture.

The military mission traits are also changed. You can pick now any military mission and get all of the bonuses(precision +5, naval precision +5 and artillery precision +5) instead of just one.

Keep in mind that this also effects the AI if it plays this faction.
Note: It's kind of cheaty.

For some reason out of all the faction ultimate traits, this is the only one that doesn't work for me. I wonder what mod clashed with this mod for it not to work.
