Navalu CAM120

Description
It is an oyster barge modeled from Navalu's CAM 120.
Steering on wheel is activated when wheels are down.
Beware to lower the barge when on land before disboarding if you plan to reboard it ^^

WIP : stability, but it is not intended to be used in high sea or in rough weather.
