Additional Skillpoints - Generals Cheat XP

Description
Generals earn enough skillpoints per level to unlock every skill within it and they reach the next level after a battle victory so they can still get all the retainers.

For generals of the Ikko Ikki faction it is not possible to unlock every skill in every level because they have a different skill tree but at the end you are still able to get any skill with them.

I'm not sure if the AI will also spend them in every skill or if they just follow thier normal behavior.

Awesome. Would be better if it only worked for players, though. Seems to give enemies 2 levels if you get defeated.(or at least on conceded battles) Love having godlike generals after a few battles. I use it with another mod that improves the combat skills. The agent one makes agents useful as well. Thanx, blessed art thou. My nephew's male Cane Corso is named Maximus.
