Description
Arcade Space Figher

this is my entry for Shadé's spaceship contest.
the ships needed to fly in Zero, but be Fully controlable without any and all aerodynamic blocks, and have at least 1 cannon.
in the end i think i managed to make a pretty fun flyer, using some other means to dampen intertia, while still providing it with a power 15 autocannon

It flies through space like a jet would fly through the sky.
While it doesn't Require Zero G, i very highly recommend you turn it on

Suports the Trail mod, and theAC HUD mod

Controls

- TFGH to pitch and roll
- R/Y to yaw
- E/U to strafe

- C to toggle engine/intertia dampeners and unpin
- X to fly forwards
- Z to fly backwards

- J or left mouse button (hold) to shoot
- Numpad 0 for single shots

- 1 to toggle FPV

it does drop rather quickly without zero G, so it's less fun to fly that way.
still, thanks. glad ya like it.

It looks really slick, and it's extra cool that it works without zero G! :steamhappy:

Holy shiiiiiiiiit that's too much

it's a watercannon with a power of -10000000000000000000000 or -(10^23)

how did you make the dampener?
Arcanilumia 30 Sep, 2018 @ 9:51am
Thanks for clearing that up for me, I'll try not to go too crazy with it in the future XD

See that’s the thing, with the dampener on, it can’t do sharp turns like that. It flies with the agility of a fighter jet, so doing instant U-turns is just impossible

Hmmm... Well it seems if I don't fly away from the starting point too quickly, it works, but it still rips the entire thing apart during a sharp turn, if only occasionally.

The inertia dampener should stay on at all times. And it’s just one block. A block that should in no way cause any lag.
