Description

This is a small mod I made for myself. It alters the game to have 3 trait points at the start for biological empires and 2 trait points for Machine Intelligence. It also has 99 trait picks.

The new traits shown in the screenshot, Skyborn and United, are from Additional Traits mod from Meltup, Granhyt and many others:

Mod breaks the techs which add more trait points.
