The MP40 was either an unused killstreak, or they just used it to test killstreak voices - whichever it was, each faction has voice lines for announcing an MP40 being activated, and they're all completely unused

@~S9~ CarterG4 I actually have no idea why it was there, but I found it in the Black Ops game files and it sounded hilarious. Could you clue me in?
