(INCOMPLETE, V ARMS ARE NOT CONVERTED FOR USE ON L4D2 AND THERE'S PLACEHOLDER TEXTURES BEING USED)

Freed from the depths of the archives, Bill and his vest are here to fight the infection.

After 4 years of working on them, they're still somehow incomplete. Bill is missing his eyeball textures, his hair, and cigarette.

DISCLAIMER:
These are not the same Survivors that Splinks released back in 2013. Splinks' version of the Survivors were majorly edited and were very much in a broken and destroyed state. Splinks was given a bunch of circumstances to get the Survivors released. Valve had told him he needed to edit each Survivor and get it done in 3 days. In those 3 days, he needed to find all of the files he could, get them running in-game, get them setup how Valve wanted him to get it setup like, and do other stuff around the company. Valve never disclosed that the Survivors were edited and Splinks never did either. Splinks had plans on updating the Survivors, but due to the beta community constantly harassing him, such a thing never transpired. Splinks ultimately tossed the raw TRS files my way and allowed me to try and finish them. I had also suffered harassment and attacks during the production of these Survivors aswell as the beta community wanted them instantly instead of waiting for me to get them completed. Sadly, due to other circumstances I was never able to complete these Survivors either, but got a tad farther than Splinks did. I was never able to source the remaining files and never got the L4D2 ports completed.

I offered Splinks to update his original upload with these when they were completed (and to add me into the credits, for obvious reasons, as I would of been the one who created the updated versions) and Splinks just told me to release it onto my Workshop.

Splinks is unhappy with the state his release of the Survivors are in, so keep that in-mind whenever I do state that the Splinks release are destroyed.
