Replaces Silenced SMG with FHR-40 Windfall from Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.

FHR-40 Windfall is an epic variant of FHR-40 smg. It's a Kendall Ballistics bullpup submachine gun that is reminiscent of the P90 in previous games. Offsets modest range with an extreme fire rate thanks to a unique magnetic bolt carrier.

there is a reason for that, the fact that you are telling me this means you have no idea what you talking about
there are no separate reloading sounds for silenced smg, it takes them from the non silenced folder, so I had to replace them with other sound files

Your vpk structure is all messed up, you have the reloading sounds in random folders instead of gunother
