But with that metthod you can't have the rewards from the treasure in game ecause it's like you already have :(

There's actually a way to unlock it in game.
If you want it to be unlocked instantly I'd reccomend this method: https://www.reddit.com/r/FFXV/comments/96hy0p/save_for_unlock_avatara_items/
Be sure to both backup your saves and disable Steam cloud whilst doing this.
