TF2 sprite detail fix

Description
This addon fixes the TF2 detail sprites. If you are playing HL2 maps then disable or don't even subscribe because this should only be used to TF2 maps

is there an addon that fixes the normal hl2 detail sprites? the cut off on them is a bit buggy
