I even reinstalled but it crashed for me for whatever reason, but found one in Nexus that could change to various hair color through injection, that at least worked! ... Thanks for your outfit mod though, love it!

Hey after I put files to changes the hair color to blonde the game crash just after loading the save game... what could it be ?

the hair change just crashs my game when i my save finishes loading

The Skin is like this in all FFXV MODs at the moment. the tool doesn't support "SS" materials. (Subsurface scattering) it's what's used to make the skin look warm and life like.

at the moment there is nothing that can be done to fix this. sorry.
