Smallship Large Drill

This is a quick .sbc edit of the large ship drill, so it can also be available for small ships as a 15x5x5 block with large conveyor support on Discovery EEM server. The stats, including components and cutout, are the exact same as for the vanilla large ship drill, the model is also is the exact same and is loaded from the game's own files.
