MPU White Icons for Map Counters

Description
A simple mod to remove the green / red overlay for division icons on the map counters for friendly / enemy troops. Most noticible if you're using coloured division icons.

NOTE: this has distributed as a separate mod as it is *NOT* Ironman / Achievement
